My vision is to make complicated ideas easier to understand, useful knowledge more accessible, and leave plenty of room for curiosity, creativity, and the lighter side of life along the way.
A major focus of that work is helping small-business owners access the kinds of frameworks, training, and resources that are commonplace inside larger organizations. I translate useful business concepts into practical, affordable tools designed to help people understand what's happening, ask better questions, and make better decisions.
But not every interesting question is a business question. This site is also home to books, essays, experiments, and the occasional rabbit hole, because learning, making things, and looking at the world from a slightly different angle are all part of the same project.

Practical tools and frameworks that bring big-business thinking to small-business owners without the jargon, gatekeeping, or consulting bill.

Business books, children's books, essays, satire, and other ideas that somehow acquired page counts.

My weekly review of what I’m building, learning, accomplishing, reconsidering, and becoming distracted by.
Have a question, collaboration or speaking idea, business problem, or particularly interesting rabbit hole to recommend?
